| The
seat shall be made up of 12mm thick hot-pressed plywood and moulded seat
foam upholstered with Micro fabric. Seat size shall be 450 mm (L) × 470 mm (W). Backrest & seat shall be provided with PPCP Cover. back shall also be upholstered with fabric. Backrest size shall be 700 mm (H) × 470 mm (W). The foam used in the seat shall have density of 40 - 50 Kg/m3 & Hardness of 13- 17 Kg (tolerance +-/ 5%). The Armrest shall have adjustable feature so that ti can be moved up & down. The arm rest shall be made up of injection Moulded polypropylene. The size of the Arm rest shall be 160 mm (L) × 320 mm (H). The twin wheel castors used shall be injection Moulded in Nylon and shall have diameter of 50 mm. The chair shall have Single point locking synchro tilt mechanism with one lever control for locking and seat height adjustment. Mechanism shall be made of MS plate of thickness is 1.3 m and tilting angle should be 30 degrees. The mechanism shall have knob to adjust the back tilt tension. The base of the chair shall be injection Moulded Nylon and fitted with 5 no's twin wheel castors. The base should have 630 pitch circle diameter. |
